The class compared the weights of objects through an exploration of the pan balance. We practiced using the terms heavy, light, weight, and balance. We learned that weight is on type of measurement. We had fun measuring how many cubes it would take to balance an object. We also compared 2 different objects to see which was heavier and lighter.
